This is the most spread rumour for this occurence, and apparently, it is correct. there are several hints: Fyre City, the name itself. this is based off FyreUK, a detailed and well-known minecraft architects based in england. if you look back on the twitter to a tweet on November the 16th (over a month ago :/) it states that Syndicate may have contacted them for such designs, now i have no idea how many personnell FyreUK has, but they built the entire city, the cave, the blimps; everything in several days. how this was possible is syndicate may have sent them his world's save files so they can build in the ships and everything OR the more realistic option: use MCEdit and import all the designs using the Program. now why Syndicate did this im guessing he did it for Publicity; Subscribers, Favouriters, basically, to cause an uproar, and NO WAY was this a natural occurence in Minecraft. I personally like SyndicateProject and watch him, i for one when i saw this, i thought it was legit, but the more he dicovered it and so on? it has to be fake. Minecraft doesn't create something THIS big without legit information e.g Jeb or Notch announcing such an event, It has to be fake. so overall in your question, How Did Syndicate get the blimp and all the cities and so on? he downloaded it... nothing like that will spawn in minecraft on its own... he maybe downloaded it there is probably a Download link somewhere on the internet if you do a little searching
