Did you...

Check the co2 pressure

Look for knobs by the tank

Check to see if it uses a battery( some do... Im not sure if yours is one of them)

If so then is there one in there and is it charged

Is the pneumatic ram working like it should?

Go to the websteHow do you change the velocity of the syndicate misfit paintball gun?
The velocity adjustment if the knob on the back of the gun below the bolt. There should be an allen screw that you will need to loosen to adjust the knob then tighten the screw to lock in that setting. Turn knob clockwise to increase, counter-clockwise to decrease.

If that doesn't do the trick, there are a few things that cause velocity issues:

-Bolt/Ram sticking - could be a bad o-ring or in need of lube.

-Bad spring - the spring that pushes the ram forward could be worn or damaged. There is usually a spring guide. If it's missing, the spring could be compressing improperly - reducing the force on the ram and ultimately the velocity. Either the spring or guide should be maybe $5 to replace.

After that, it's more of a hunt to find the problem. And just make sure you not low on air also.
