How do you get into the ribbon syndicate in Pokemon diamond?

i have a starapter with 8 ribbons and they wont let me inHow do you get into the ribbon syndicate in Pokemon diamond?
to enter the pokemon syndicate you need 10 ribbon to enter the house and you can have something make your pokemon happyer
you need to get 10 ribbins on one pokemon. to do this go to the lady in sunnyshores once a day and if your pokemon is happy she will give you one. also you can go to the footstep man out side of pastoria and sunnyshores and if your pokemon really likes you than he will give you one. A pokemon also gets a ribbin if it is in your party when you beat the elite four or if it wins a contest.How do you get into the ribbon syndicate in Pokemon diamond?

10 ribbons, you can get 7 ribbons from the lady in sunnyshore and 1 champion ribbon for being in the party when you beat the elite four and champion and contest ribbons, and the footprint ribbon.
